We have been established since January 2005 as a limited company. We are a member of the Road Haulage Association.
The main part of our operation is round timber haulage, where we make nationwide deliveries for our main customer which can be to garden centres, building sites, play areas, schools, golf courses,farms and agricultural merchants.
All these products are made from timber and can be anything from garden products, to play equipment, landscaping logs or fencing material. Once the vehicles have made their deliveries they then go into forests and collect raw timber and deliver to various timber mills around the country and then load back into other mills based locally. We also do alot of deliveries into firewood merchants.
On the round timber delivery side of the business we run a 44ton drawbar outfit which is used to deliver to tight vehicle access sites, and 4 44ton artics which all have 8ft pins to hold the goods on the vehicle and are equipped with on -board weighing equipment. The other trailers run @ 44 ton without a crane on.
We also run a little 3. 5 ton flat bed for home deliveries or urgent delivers along with a 12 ton flat bed which can run with a triaxle trailer to carry more weight or if access is very tight. We also run a selection of curtainsiders running from 15ft high to 16ft high and have 9ft 6inch to 10ft 6inch internal loading space which is handy if customers goods are light and cube out before you get to maximum weight.
